The first thing to know is that the real name of the Molare is <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Mount San Michele <\/span>. It is called by everyone Monte Molare for the <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> tooth shape <\/span> (molar) it assumes. The Molare is part of the Lattari Mountains which are nothing but the extension of the Picentini ones. They take their name from the goats and cows that graze there! The reason is very simple, getting to the Molar is not easy, it is tiring and you could get lost. And I can guarantee you that if you are not equipped and it starts to get dark it is better that you have a tent with you. There are several but the more <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> simple and faster <\/span>is in this article. I reached the starting point of the path by car (by scooter is okay as well). I think it is the quickest and most rapid method, especially for the return, without constraints and timetables. If you didn't know it is the first city that gives life to the Sorrento Coast. Once in town, we have to follow the signs to the <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Monte Faito. <\/span> Once there, you must continue to the <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Sanctuary of San Michele <\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ho_creato_in_una_mappa_realizzata_da_me_lesatto_punto_di_partenza\"><\/span><strong>I created, in a map made by myself, the exact starting point.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/u\/0\/embed?mid=1qHF_bNF5ox8X9KjhUL0IDpz48L-ksykb\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center translation-block\">Here there is also a very large space for parking. The only you need to do is <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> click on it <\/span> and follow the instructions. For Monte Molare there are actually 2 paths. What you have to follow is <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> <strong> <\/strong> <\/span> <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caimontilattari.it\/sentiero\/350\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> official of the CAI 350 <\/a> <\/strong>. Especially if you want to go there the first time. The path, which takes the name of <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Angel's Path <\/span> is well signposted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Le_segnalazioni_per_il_Monte_Molare_sono_sia_date_da_cartelloni_a_forma_di_freccia_che_da_segnali\"><\/span><strong>The signs for Monte Molare are given both by arrow-shaped placards and by signs.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">I don't know if you have ever been a scout, but they are the classic<span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> red and white signs<\/span> that are made in the trees. The path is almost all uphill. It is no coincidence that it is the last stretch and here too I recommend following <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> some indications <\/span>. First, get rid of everything in your hand. This stretch is not only very steep but also very slippery. (And here we go back to the initial suggestion to avoid smooth shoes or gymnastics). By keeping a satchel with you on your shoulders, balance your weight a little forward. Help yourself with your hands in an emergency or if you can't take steps longer than you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Monte_Molare_sulla_vetta_piu_bella_di_tutta_la_Campania\"><\/span><strong>Hikes in Amalfi Coast: one of  the most beaufitul view of all Italy<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center translation-block\">Once you reach the top you have to make another very small effort. 30 seconds that separate you from what it is, in my opinion one of the most beautiful views of: Naples, Campania, Italy and <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> World <\/span> ! Yes, gentlemen, this view is unmatched and fortunately it is difficult to achieve. Which means, whenever you go, you will (almost) never find anyone. It will become your harem, your <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Heaven <\/span>, where silence will be your friend. In addition, you can see part of the <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> Cilento <\/span>! The first reason is because I will show you what it means to sleep in a tent at 1444 meters with one of the most beautiful views in the World. The fact is that being able to do it is not feasible if you are not hyper-equipped. Where by hyper-equipped I mean to have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A tent (suitable for the number of people)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sleeping bag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warm clothing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All you need to eat in the evening and breakfast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toothbrush<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water (at least 2 liters)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A torch (better yet a lamp)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powerbank just for safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A gas stove (small) if you would like to make yourself a nice hot herbal tea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A lighter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center translation-block\">All that being said, what I can tell you is that the view at sunset is <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> spatial <\/span>. It seems that the light never disappears so much that you are on top. And when the city lights start to turn on. The feeling is very strange because you feel a <span class=\"has-inline-color has-trawell-acc-color\"> \"silent sense of vitality\" <\/span>. But what you can do is get as close as possible and then continue on foot.
