The Parco a Mare in Portici offers many free services:

Booking sun loungers at Parco a Mare, Portici
At the Parco a Mare in Portici, you can also book parasols, sun loungers and deckchairs. Below is a list of what you can book individually or purchase as part of a package:
- Beach umbrella, sun lounger, deckchair or chair (chosen individually): 5 euros
- Basic Package:1 parasol + 2 chairs of your choice: 10 euros
- Plus Package: 1 beach parasol + 3 chairs of your choice: 15 euros

Access to the waterfront
The entrances to the Sea Park of Portici are three
- Via Bagnara (access point on Google Maps here)
- Viale I Camaggio (access point on Google Maps here)
- Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi 261a (here the access point on Google Maps)
Portici Waterfront: Where to Park
- Via Bagnara: nearest car park to via Gianturco (location here) or on the Corso Garibaldi (location here). In addition to the guarded parking spaces, it is also possible to park on the street in the special parking spaces with an accompanying ticket to be purchased at the Easy Park machines in the vicinity.
- Avenue I Camaggio: parking in the parallel street - Avenue II Camaggio (location here) or to Via Armando Diaz (location here). In addition to the guarded parking spaces, it is also possible to park on the street in the special parking spaces with an accompanying ticket to be purchased at the Easy Park machines in the vicinity.
- For Corso Garibaldi 261a: the closest is Park a Mare car park (location here). In addition to the guarded parking spaces, it is also possible to park on the street in the special parking spaces with an accompanying ticket to be purchased at the Easy Park machines in the vicinity.
Please note: The Corso Garibaldi entrance, at the moment, is theonly wheelchair-accessible and has an entrance without steps but with a ramp
By public transport (train)
- Pietrarsa stop: access is then from Corso Garibaldi 261a
- Portici/Ercolano stop: go up Via Gianturco to reach the entrance from Via Bagnara
Please note: The Pietrarsa and Portici/Ercolano stops will not operate, due to ongoing work on the railway network, until the end of June 2026
- Stop in Via Libertà (Circumvesuviana)
- Portici Bellavista stop (Circumvesuviana)
The most convenient stations are the Pietrarsa and Portici/Ercolano metro stations

Events Waterfront
Prominent events in the seaside park include the Pizza Park (between May and June) and the Mare in Fest (end of June).

A week of pizza on the Portico seafront with many brands ready to make you taste their product.

Please note: the closing time of the Parco a Mare during the Pizza Park event will be postponed to around midnight
Mare in Fest
The flagship of Portici with 11 days of art, entertainment, recreational activities and plenty of food & beverage.
