Well, let's move on to the most important part of the article: what to visit in Naples? In just one day, you have to be very direct in Naples. Naples seems small, but it is not small. The historical center of Naples is enormous, not to mention the fact that there are other beautiful areas. So how do you do it? Well, my dear readers, you have to decide a little in advance what to do (more or less). I have two itineraries of Naples, beautiful but completely different from each other.
When to visit Naples
Before telling you about the itineraries I want to advise you on the best period to visit Naples. From April to September (avoiding July and August because of the heat) is the best period. Also for a very simple reason: the days, now long, to enjoy the day to the full.
Historical itinerary
This is the first alternative I give you. Visiting the historical center of Naples with its endless streets takes a day. You would also have time to visit at least one of the main attractions. Among those I recommend there are certainly:

- Sansevero Chapel and Veiled Christ
- Cloister of Santa Chiara
- San Gregorio Armeno

Sea-scented itinerary
I called this second itinerary this way because it focuses on the Naples waterfront. The departure is scheduled from Piazza Municipio, famous for the Maschio Angioino. From there, through a walk and monuments, you then arrive at the waterfront. The final gem is an iconic panoramic point in the city. There are many beauties that you will encounter along your way:

What to eat in Naples
