Seven Sisters Hike From London: an Ideal Day Trip

If there is one place in England that is worth seeing, it's the Seven Sisters. A series of chalk cliffs that are located south of Essex between Seaford and Eastbourne. The Seven Sisters are easily reachable from London and Brighton. In fact, I'll leave you the links to book tours from the city closest to you (in case you don't have your own transport)

Seven Sisters Hike From London: an ideal day trip

I consider this beautiful place a great idea for a day trip. Whether from London or Brighton, it is a place to spend a different day. The south coast of England hosts some crazy scenery for its immense cliffs. As a landscape photographer I could not miss this natural beauty.

Walking along the coast and its hills is sensational. The contrast between the very high cliffs and the sea makes the scenery surreal. The idea as a day trip take it both if you live in England and in case of vacation.

Seven Sisters Hike From London: best time to go

Needless to say, the best time to visit this place is spring/summer. I'll give you one more tip: check the weather forecast before you go or book a tour. Make sure it's a sunny day or at least it doesn't rain too much. I was lucky to have a beautiful day and I think it makes a lot of difference. Oh, and bring some comfortable shoes too.

To be safe, always bring a scarf (in case of wind) and a windbreaker. When it starts to get dark, the temperature starts to drop a lot in these areas.

Conclusions

My article is over, and I hope my photos convince you to visit this special place. You will find a pub in the main parking (for cars and buses) where you can stop for food or drinks. See you on the next trip and remember: those who travel live twice!
