Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: Naples

It is objectively known that the city where I come from is one of the most beautiful in the World. Warm, sunny, historical, cultural, food and much more. Naples is many faces, so many that to visit it well it would take at least a week .
A week where you would also have the opportunity to see its surroundings. Such as, for example, going along one of the most beautiful coasts in the world.

If you visit Naples properly, the term fascinating can be perceived well! And once you visit you will have only one problem: to go away. It will be difficult to do without its beauty , a coffee in the morning and a nice pizza for lunch / dinner.

Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: Dubrovnik

Charming and that bewitches! Dubrovnik is simply: OH WOW. As far as I can show you my photos what I can tell you is to visit the pearl of Croatia . Croatia inspires me a lot as a nation to visit in general. The coast alternates between rocky areas and beaches, making it ideal for many activities. It reminds me a lot of my Sorrento and Amalfi coast .

Dubrovnik is a small seaside fortress that has a lot of history to tell. Visiting it is beautiful because it will make you a dip in the Middle Ages . The inside of the walls is only a pedestrian area which makes this city even more magical.
The port area is one of the most beautiful because it is full of cafes where you can refresh yourself and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Dubrovnik Croatia

Another beautiful area is West Harbor . From here you can admire the classic Dubrovnik skyline and its walls overlooking the sea. For the uninitiated, in this spot some scenes of Game of Thrones were shot.
Also of Dubrovnik I wrote a complete article where you can find ideas and info.

Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: Paris

The city of love , and the love you know, it's fascinating. Paris is not just the city of love , Paris is many other things: entertainment, culture, history. If I had to think about fun I'd say Disneyland . (And obviously many other things). Culture I would tell you the many museums that host the exhibitions of the greatest artists in the World. And history, well that certainly is not lacking in France.

The first time I was in Paris I was in a relationship. Do you know those true, visceral loves that you feel deep in your soul? So we felt. That may be why I look at it and will always look at this city with the eyes of love.
And every time I return I will always look at it like this.

Paris

And there will be always a stop at Trocadero , my station. The one where that piece of iron ( Eiffel Tower ) always manages to make me gasp. The walk along the Seine, Notre Dame, Monmatre, sitting outside at the cafes… and the list goes on. But the list of cities goes on and I can't go too far, but Paris has to be put on the list, write it down.

Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: Bruges

This time we are in Belgium , in the small Bruges, the pearl of flanders . This city is a real wedding favor and you will feel like you are in a fairy tale. What is most striking about Bruges is its Gothic architecture.
The historic center of Bruges has been declared Unesco Heritage for its charm. Charm that in my opinion will keep you at least 2 nights (3 days).

Rozenhoedkaai Bruges

The perfect combo to visit Bruges and even spend a few days at Brussels .
To reach Bruges, in fact, you need about an hour by train from Brussels. The ideal, therefore, would be (if you have 5/6 days available) 2/3 days in Bruges and then the rest in Brussels. I wrote a article about Bruges on what to see in 3 days , you can consult it to get an idea.

Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: Porto

Portugal is a bit like Italy and Spain, so as soon as I got there it seemed to me be at home . Friendly and helpful people, the city of Porto is also very characteristic. It's all an ups and downs made of lanes and stairs that take you everywhere.
What characterizes the city and divides it from its 2 banks is the Douro river with the Luiz 1 ° bridge . From one side you can admire the skyline of Porto in all its beauty. Precisely from the spot Miradouro do Teleferico which is near the funicular.

For some attractions you have to move slightly out of town (rent bikes). Very famous in Porto is also the famous wine, for which it is possible to go on tours. Tastings are included and of course the explanation on where and how it is produced.

Porto Portugal

In Porto, being a seaside city, fish eating must not be missing. Indeed I take this opportunity to tell you that wherever you go it is difficult to eat badly. In addition to fish there is a typical dish called francesinha which you absolutely must try. Pastel de nata is also a typical treat from port that must be absolutely tried. If you read my Porto article you will get some advice on what to do in 4 days , obrigado.

Most fascinating cities to visit in Europe: London

I gave London a nickname: toyland . It's one of my favorite cities because it's EVERYTHING . What do I mean by everything? Well, simply in London what you are looking for what you find! An incredibly intercultural city but at the same time hyper respectful towards others. This is one of the reasons why I find it fascinating.

cities-to-visit-in-europe

A city where at every corner you can find a different view, you can find the castle or the city lights. You can find the Thames or Victorian houses there. London is so incredibly different . That diversity that opens your mind and starts asking you many questions that (in part) you can't answer.
And than the monuments, museums and attractions that make it one of the most popular destinations in the world. A destination that is visited on average by about 20 million people per year! Already this figure should make you snatch a ticket to the English capital.

Tower Bridge London

I consider London one of my favorites also for my passion for photography. For a (urban) landscape photographer, London is truly the land of toys! Visiting London, however, takes time, at least a week. I wrote a article on London about who they are most beautiful spots . You can, as usual, take a cue if you decide to visit it!
