May in Mykonos is perfect in terms of temperatures. In the morning you can easily go to the beach (with the sun not burning) and in the evening a sweater. What else? The beach is Ornos (beautiful) and is a 10-minute bus ride from the center.
Do the buses run in the evening?
Of course they do. Mykonos is very well managed in terms of transport (buses basically). Especially in the evening knowing that it is a 'party party' destination. Continuous running into the night guarantee your return to your hotel (or b&b). Ornos is perfect as an area if you want to wake up in the morning, open the door and dive into the sea.
